DO NOT BUY A USED AUDI FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a used Audi A4 convertible in March from out of state. The carfax indicated that the car failed the emissions test. We requested that I purchased a used Audi A4 convertible in March from out of state. The carfax indicated that the car failed the emissions test. We requested that the repair be fixed prior to purchase. Upon arrival at the dealership I confirmed with Zach the sales associate that the repairs had been made. He confirmed that they were complete. There was no check engine light on so I assumed all was good. I drove the car 600 miles home. Two weeks later the check engine light went on. I went to my Mechanic and he identified that it was an issue with the Emissions. My mechanic ran a smoke test and found a leak above the fuel tank. Took 5 hours of labor for them to remove the fuel tank and emissions system to find a plastic tube that appears to have been chewed by a mouse. While the cost of the repair was nothing, the smoke test and labor is costing me $850. When I called and told Zach the issue, he said "well, because the car was going out of state it didn't need to pass the Emission test." What a crook. And, shame on me for not getting the promised repair in writing. If you buy a Used car from these guys, make sure you take it to a trusted mechanic before you give them your check. This is my 3rd Audi over the past 20 years and I've never had such horrible, unprofessional and deceptive practices. They give Audi a bad name! More
