My 55k service appointment for my Audi A4 went well, and Denys, my service advisor, was great. He was personable and professional and answered all my questions. I was looking up and down the East Coast for an Audi A5 Cabriolet and found one at Audi Tysons Corner that fit what I was looking for. However, living in NY a majority of the buying work was virtual. Zach did a super job at negotiating through some challenges within the dealership to keep things on track while respecting my asks/needs as well as managing through the challenges in dealing with Roman in finance.
