Service was good to excellent. Service agent Lesly was outstanding, follow up was awesome. However, this is the first time I experienced such an unacceptable result from Audi. This is nothing to do with outstanding, follow up was awesome. However, this is the first time I experienced such an unacceptable result from Audi. This is nothing to do with the dealership. The factory set up for service due notice cannot be changed by the dealers, period! All the 5 years I had AudiCare and when I switched to a regular oil change I was told the service due notice and sound when you turn the ignition won't be set up since it's not under the full package but just an oil change. It's definitely not acceptable by me and it will negatively impact my decision to continue buying Audi in the future or an update. More
