My service rep, Lesly Matos is amazing! The issue I’ve had with the service department is no one greets the customer when they walk in. Unless you’ve been there before and/or know your technician, you’re had with the service department is no one greets the customer when they walk in. Unless you’ve been there before and/or know your technician, you’re lost. Without fail, I see a customer wandering aimlessly trying to figure out what to do. The service center is not just about the vehicle, it’s about the customer and how you make us feel. Someone should greet every customer w/in seconds of arrival to ensure our service experience is as enjoyable as the first time we drive this amazing (and expensive) automobile!
