The service center at this dealership was beyond wonderful. I’d had my oil changed at a chain establishment and they broke something in the process. Not only did they persist in finding out the cause, but they documented every step on video and sent it to me. They were very good at keeping me updated each time there was a change. Their thorough examination, careful handling and precise documentation is was flawless!! Because of all these things they were able to find the evidence causing the damage, prove when it happened, and repair every detail! A nightmare situation was made completely bearable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!!! More
