Ali was great to work with for our first annual service for our 2021 Q3. I made the appointment in person with Ali and he spent a decent amount of time with me walking through my list of items that needed for our 2021 Q3. I made the appointment in person with Ali and he spent a decent amount of time with me walking through my list of items that needed attention including taking a drive around the dealership lot with me to help diagnose a specific concern I had. I dropped off the car for the service the following week. The charges were well within the estimate Ali had provided me and the car was ready for pickup within a reasonable amount of time especially considering that I waited for it. I also enjoyed the video I received from the mechanic explaining everything he did and why. All in all, a first class operation! More
