Audi recall and service I received a recall in the mail regarding my 2018 SQ5. When I made an appointment Audi Stuart arranged for a Lyft driver to drive me to work. I did I received a recall in the mail regarding my 2018 SQ5. When I made an appointment Audi Stuart arranged for a Lyft driver to drive me to work. I did not have to wait long for the paperwork or the ride. A few hours later I received a call from Audi Stuart explaining what service needs my car needed as well as an estimate of cost. Once approved I told them I needed the car returned that day as I was leaving town. A few hours later I received a call that my car was ready including being washed and fluids topped off. I arrived at the dealership my car was ready and clean. Very pleasant experience I was addressed by name and everyone was very polite and helpful. More
