I dealt with salesperson, John, for a hot second and never heard from him again. Frank was supposed to get back to me with pricing to match the price he had given earlier, which he had not written down. I never got anything in writing. He never called me back so I bought from another dealer. I have heard other similar stories where people on the Seacoast buy from non-local dealers because of Stratham Audi's less than stellar reputation. I had zero confidence in anything I was told. Repairs, an oil change, was good. But what was not good was the mechanic reset my dashboard display. I had speed(mph) displayed in the top panel. But it was changed to display the time of day, which I already have in another display. I want to see my speed digitally displayed like it was. I tried everything I could find on the steering wheel controls, but could not get it done and just gave up. I was not happy idling along and trying to fix it as I slowly rolled along. I must have tried 4 or 5 times. And the owner's manual pictures of the controls was not what I actually have. More

I recently purchased my second vehicle from Audi Stratham, this time working with Kyle Wood, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I walked in the door, I was welcomed, offered coffee, and immediately asked how they could help. Within minutes, Kyle had three great options lined up based on what I was looking for, and I was already out on a test drive. The entire process was straightforward, transparent, and pressure-free. No games, no drawn-out back-and-forth. Kyle understood exactly where I needed to be, and we were aligned in under 10 minutes. When I came back the next day to pick up the car, it was clean, detailed, and ready to go right on time. Working with Anthony in the business department was like a well-oiled machine. I was in and out in under an hour, which even included a very thorough walkthrough of the vehicle’s technology and features. To put this in perspective — a family member of mine just bought a car elsewhere, and it’s been a week-long, frustrating process. Today they went to take delivery and the car wasn’t ready, management tried to upsell after everything was already agreed to, and they’ve now been sitting at the dealership for over four hours waiting. That contrast says everything. Amazing experience with Kyle Wood and the entire Audi Stratham team. Terrible experience with their service department who wouldn’t address a warranty issue I brought to their attention in August but was unable to bring vehicle in until last week. They said it was out of warranty by a month unless I paid the $460 diagnostic fee they couldn’t assist. I guess this reaffirms why I have always owned BMWs. More
