Atanas makes the entire process simple and seamless. He understands what we’re looking for, communicates clearly, and ensures everything moves smoothly from start to finish without any pressure. His responsiveness and attention to detail make every purchase easy and enjoyable. One feature we especially appreciate is the ability to e-sign the documents a day before delivery, which saves a significant amount of time at the dealership. By the time we arrive, most of the paperwork is already completed, making the pickup process quick and very convenient.
