Damien has been our service manager for the past (almost) 6 years. We have always appreciated his impeccable service- this last service was started with another service manager, and although the service was 6 years. I really can’t say how top-notch and exceptional Damien is a service manager. He goes out of his way to make you feel the warmest welcome possible, he provides incredible clarity about the service and will spend an extraordinary amount of time to provide you with clarity about your service or repair and the necessity or optionality of the service, and the specific particulars. More than all of this, he is a genuinely wonderful person and the advice you get is the same as if you were his family. We are moving out of San Diego and it is so unfortunate for us that we won’t have his help in the future, Damien is a crown jewel in the Audi family. I could not recommend him more highly. I am immensely grateful for his service over the years with our vehicles. More
