Great Buying Experience! 5 stars for the customer service! I was in contact with Mario at Walter’s Audi when I was looking to buy an Audi A4. He was able to get me financed wi 5 stars for the customer service! I was in contact with Mario at Walter’s Audi when I was looking to buy an Audi A4. He was able to get me financed within a week even though there were some complications due to my visa status and some dealers had bluntly declined to get me financed. When I was ready to buy the car, Mario picked me up from my home which is 90 miles away from Walter’s Audi. I was there to buy a new Audi A4 but then he showed me 2015 CPO Audi A4 which had a lot more options and looked much nicer. I went for a much nicer pre-owned which had just 8000 miles on it. Since it was already past noon, Mario also got me lunch. Then, I had got eckbonding coating for my car and their staff for that particular job was not available over the weekend. So Mario again came to pick my car next thursday from my home so that it can be done and I won’t have to drive it by myself on a weekday and skip work. He also got me his employee discount for guard wheel lock kit. Overall, it was a pleasant buying experience. Thanks Mario and Walter’s Audi! I would recommend you to everyone and will buy my next Audi only from you. More

Friendly Helpful Service I took my Audi Q5 in for service. While my vehicle was being a inspected there was a problem found in my cooling system.
