I had the most fabulous experience at this dealership. Everyone I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable and fun! Lots of laughter and conversation in between all the paperwork. I am beyond satisfied with this dealership and service center. I purchased my car from here 3 years ago and was impressed by them then (Moe was my sales person at that time and he was excellent). Recently center. I purchased my car from here 3 years ago and was impressed by them then (Moe was my sales person at that time and he was excellent). Recently, I have had to bring my car in for some maintenance work and Randy S. in the service center has been amazing. I know my car is in great hands and his communication and execution is top notch. He is thorough and does his homework for you to make sure that everything is inspected including any potential fixes that are covered under warranty. He follows up to your calls and takes the time to listen to what is going on so he can guide you correctly and is always ready to get the car in to the shop asap if there is an issue that is time sensitive. I trust Randy and the team here and they have literally saved me thousands when another mechanic tried to charge me for something that was covered under warranty. Dealerships can be intimidating but people like Randy & Moe are the reasons why I will continue to both buy my cars from here and maintain them here. Huge kudos to them! More

February 16th, they told me that finally fixed my car so I went here to pick up my car. But everything is really really bad. They charged me $169.40 for reconnecting electric wire(which is less then 10cm I went here to pick up my car. But everything is really really bad. They charged me $169.40 for reconnecting electric wire(which is less then 10cm WOW) and that labor fee was total $529.26. LOL When the car has a problem like this, they are supposed to give us a rent-car(that is what says on contract) but they had NOTHING. So they said they were gonna give me a discounted price if I go to the rent car store where they recommended. So I went there and they said no discount. Unbelievable. This place has full of scammers who just selling their xxxxty car and pushing the responsibility for fixing to their customers. NEVER RECOMMENDED. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY FROM YOU. More
