Not friendly, weren't able to complete airbag Usually this place is fairly friendly, but it sure wasnt this time. No one smiles, says good morning or offers to help. In addition, I made a reservation for an airbag recall and after I dropped the car off they told me that they could only do a partial refit and didnt even tell me when they would be able to complete and offered no second appointment so I guess I have to go through this all again. I may find a different audi dealer even though I bought my audi at Millburn Audi. Finally, Audi usually cleans your car when you bring it in. not this time. Overall this was an unpleasant experience.
