Don was very professional, knew his facts and was able to get me a fair price for my trade in. Robert walked me through the financials and within an hour I zipped out of the dealership with a much cooler car that has the enviable new car smell! I debated purchasing a different car, but DCH's excellent service department compelled me to stick with the Audi brand. More
Non satisfactory service I was told by Shonta in finance perma plate would take ~1.5hrs it actually took closer to 4hrs. Also when asked if any special precautions should be taken after application of perma plate, the service rep told me to clarify that with finance person because she did not know. That was not acceptable answer to me. Whether or not the work is outsourced to a different company, DCH Audi service department should be able to provide me that basic information. More

I only saw the vehicle online and Jake did a great job of ensuring me that the vehicle was in good condition, and made sure the paperwork was squared away between him and the finance institution I chose. Not what I expected My car suddenly showed brake warning lights on Monday while I was driving. I called Audi shortly after they opened Tuesday am and left a message with My car suddenly showed brake warning lights on Monday while I was driving. I called Audi shortly after they opened Tuesday am and left a message with service department. The service department NEVER called me back. I called several times Tuesday but never got to a person - only got voice mail so didn't bother to leave a second message. I find this disturbing especially given that I had concerns of whether it was safe to drive my car. On Wednesday I drove to the dealership to see if I could get service. They were willing to look at it and ended up fixing my brakes. More

We had a graduation the next day and needed the car to transport me and my wheelchair as I was just released from the hospital. Unfortunately, the car could not be fixed in time, but both DCH team members bent over backwards to ensure we could get there and made alternative arrangements for us. Many dealerships "say" they have the best service department, but DCH AUDI really does have the best. Buy your Audi there, and have it serviced there. You will not go wrong.
