I showed up without calling first which I normally don’t do and he had my deal done to the exact terms I wanted in less than 10 minutes. I was blown away, this was by far the easiest car transaction I have ever done. I also worked with Sarge last year with my last Audi purchase and what sets him apart from the rest is he calls me every year on my birthday, vehicle anniversary etc to make sure all my needs are met.
