I can honestly say that Audi Meadowlands is top of the line. My last lease I went with another Audi dealer and WHAT a disappointment. I had to chase them for my spare key, they had none of the special " line. My last lease I went with another Audi dealer and WHAT a disappointment. I had to chase them for my spare key, they had none of the special " perks" that Meadowland offers like the luxury box you get with BOTH sets of keys. They print out your paperwork and put it in a beautiful Audi folder and I was even given a reusable Audi shopping bag. It is the little details that mean a lot. Alex and team go above and beyond to make the Audi experience very special. I will continue to use and recommend Audi of Meadowlands. They are above all other dealers with their customer appreciation and service. I also recommend them for servicing as well. You will receive the same customer service and attention. I would say stay far away from this dealership. I found a truck (used Suburban) online and got a virtual tour because I live an hour and a half away. I was told the truck had no issues and was immaculate inside and out which it was. I purchased the truck for what they asked and got the extended warranty well over 30K for everything. I got the truck home, and the next day got a notification “Service Side Detection”. I immediately txt the sales guy who I delt with and asked if I could bring it back. He told me to wait for warranty to kick in, but it was a day later. I went to a Chevy Dealer to run a diagnostic test on it. Come to find out there are multiple issues with the truck listed below. After getting it back from Chevy I then got two more notifications a couple days later saying, “Service Driver Side Detection” and “Service Suspension”. I fully understand I purchased a used truck but no way this dealership didn’t know about some of these issues. I then talked to Used car manager and was told there's nothing they can do. I was told to come back if any issues within 30 days and that was a bunch of BS. On top of that it seems my warranty won’t cover most of it and we are talking close to 5K. I’m reasonable and would have worked with the dealership. Long story short do your homework before you buy any car and don’t buy from this unprofessional dealership. Both rear shocks leaking Second row left side seat frame cracked makes horrible rattling noise when driving. Coolant leak Oil cooler lines-leaking Detection modules and harness-parts need to be replaced. More

The service center needs to step it up and make the waiting area more presentable. There are random chairs, tv with no sound on, and the coffee from the machine was awful (and no sugar or milk availabl waiting area more presentable.
