No pushy sales people. Just honest up front transparent staff that were knowledgeable on their cars. I used Mario specifically. He's not aggressive but definitely follows up and made the car buying experience easy..zero stress or pressure. I would definitely recommend Mario and this dealership to anyone looking at an Audi. We came to a deal over the phone and he assisted in making the process swift and efficient. Once arrived, I worked with Kayla and she had everything printed out and ready to go.
