Staff were very friendly and easy to work with. I had been to another Audi dealership prior to driving 2 hours to the Lakeland dealership. My experience at the first was horrible. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by friendly staff at Lakeland Audi. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and what terms I wanted as I had done much research prior to making the choice to buy a 2018 Audi A4. These guys were great! There were no games and no hours long negotiations. Everything was simple, fast and fair. I'm glad I made the choice to drive 2 hours north. It was well worth it. I would absolutely drive that distance again to get the professional, courteous service I did. Not all Audi dealerships are the same. As with anything, the staff can make or break a business. These guys were willing to make a fair deal and not out to rip you off. The first dealership wasnt willing to give me anywhere near fair trade in value or budge on list price of the vehicle I was wanting to purchase. Lakeland Audi was very willing. We had a deal within minutes after I test drove the car. Literally minutes! Bottom line, they were very friendly and easy to work with. I was in and out of there very quickly. The manager came and introduced himself and was very courteous as well. The finance manager was quick, efficient and very friendly. Vito was my salesman. He was wonderful. Even the front desk girl was very friendly. Complete opposite of my first experience at another Audi dealership. More

The atypical dealer Recently went to test drive (and potentially purchase) a rare 2007 Audi RS4 at Audi Lakeland and wanted to share my thoughts. The atypical dealer experience is something that everyone cringes, just thinking about I want to not buy a car. Bruce Qvale & Geno Walsh have really done a fantastic job picking the right people leading, managing and executing one of the finest Audi dealerships in the Tampa Bay area. Once you are over the "why do I have to drive all the way to lakeland to buy or service my Audi", you are greeted by friendly staff who are knowledgeable and who don't try to be too overbearing. In my experience, I have not found a trifecta of sales leadership, sales and service staff to be this good. Ken and Mario from sales were great to talk to and discuss in an open way what it would take to purchase the pre-owned RS4, which I can assure you there are not a lot of in the US, to Ryan from service who was open to put the car on a lift and discuss some of the things that needed to be taken care of. If you are in the market to pick up a new or pre-owned Audi, I highly recommend you go here rather than taking the convenient route of Audi Tampa or Wesley Chapel. I, for sure am planning to be a repeat customer here. More
