I had my heart set on a TT, a car I've wanted to own for a long time, and was finally ready to buy this summer. When I expanded my search to neighboring states, I saw that Audi Hoffman Estates hadthe best selection of TTs by far. Although I was hesitant about buying out of state and from a long distance, I called and spoke with Marty, who was friendly and helpful right from the start. Through telephone and email conversations over a few days, he assured me that if I made the trip, I would be treated right and could leave with my TT that same day. Audi Hoffman Estates definitely made good on that promise. Everyone I met that day was very welcoming and put me at ease. With no haggling, I received a very fair offer on my trade-in and a very good price on my new TT, prepped and ready to go for me, and which I did indeed drive home that same day. More

Inexperienced crew, seems like all the old pros are gone since my last visit. Not greeted upon arrival, promised extended warranty quote, did not receive, service report not reviewed although 2 tires danger since my last visit. Subsequent extended warranty quote sent by email ignored 3 follow ups. Facility phone reception problems prohibit doing work while waiting. I have been satisfied customer for 10 years recommending friends and associates. I have purchased 3 A6's there and friends at least 3 others. Will consider another dealer in future.
