Nathan was great from the moment I called O’Daniel Porsche through the purchase of the vehicle and after as I worked through getting the title and registration done in North Carolina. After we agreed to the terms of the purchase I flew to Ft Wayne and Nathan came to get me at the hotel for my Porsche adventure. That morning I had the pleasure of meeting the Porsche team, completing the purchase and driving my new Porsche home. Everything was seamless and everyone was professional and friendly. What can I say other than this is the third Porsche I have bought from Ed at O’Daniels. That should speak volumes for the customer satisfaction that this dealership provides. I have been buying cars from Ed for the last 3 years and he has become more of a friend than a salesperson. He is definitely the most knowledgeable salesman I have ever met! He has the knowledge to help you find the right car for your intended purpose! There wasn’t a question I asked he couldn’t answer. Everyone at this dealership treated me like a VIP customer and in fact it feels more like a family atmosphere than a business! The manager, James, spent 30 minutes with me to make sure all my questions and needs were addressed. I was very impressed that he took time out of his busy schedule and did that for me but to be honest Ed had already taken care of everything. I always enjoy my buying experience with Ed and I can’t wait to purchase my next car. More
