Secondly, I have owned cars from many different manufacturers and have never purchased from the same dealer twice, all because of the service experiences. Herb Chambers Audi and Jim Parolisi have changed this. Not only am I now loyal to Audi but I will definitely buy my next car from Herb Chambers Audi of Burlington! I am all about the experience and service, whether it’s a restaurant or a car dealership, I expect good service. At a restaurant, I'll choose great service over exceptional food every time, as poor service will ruin my meal. I would also rather pay more for a car and drive further, in order to receive great service form the dealer. Not only was my purchase experience easy and painless, the service I have received after the sale has been EXCEPTIONAL! Anyone who knows me would be VERY impressed by me saying that, as it is very infrequent you will hear those words come from my mouth. Jim Parolisi has been nothing less than outstanding as my service consultant over the past year. We all have enough stress in our lives, my experience with care dealers is they generally add to it. Jim and his team do not, just the opposite by doing what he says, when he says, communicating very effectively and his high level of professionalism. Jim truly looks out for the customer, always wants to do what’s best for the customer and goes over and above to make sure I am happy… I will tell anyone who will listen, if you’re interested in experiencing what a buying experience and service experience SHOULD be, visit Herb Chambers Audi of Burlington. Every other place we tried to do business with, did not deal in good faith.We had signed and then canceled a deal on a new mercedes because the finance manager never sent the paper work to my bank or insurance co. .we walked into Audi of Burlington with low expectations due to our previous situation. With-in a hour all concerns were put to rest,most notably by our sales person Jay Levy and his manager Nick Dota. We made a deal that was extremely comfortable for us. Jay Levy got my wife the exact vehicle she wanted and spent as much time as needed to explain every feature of this vehicle.Thanks, Audi of Burlington for a comfortable and stress free buying experience. Steve took the time and the interest to explain where the controls were located, what they represented and how each works at the same time maintaining a laid back sales approach. He handled all the details associated with the purchase from insurance, registration, inspection and license plate transfer. All I had to do was insert the key and drive off. If you were using a point system rating, I would give him a 10 plus and will recommend him and your dealership to friends and family. ablock More

The Allroad was at the dealership where I purchased the car several times for the same electrical issue. They could never determine the cause, never mind fix issue. I called Audi of Burlington and got an appointment with Cindy B in service. Cindy assured me that they could find and fix the electrical issue. The problem was fixed with the replacement of the tailgate switch. "FUNNY" that the new replacement switch looks nothing like the defective one. THANKS to Cindy for going beyond my expectations. Worked with Stephanie and Lauren over the phone for a few days, went in to the dealership on the weekend and worked with Peter to inspect a similar vehicle to the car I was interested in (was in transit) and closed on the deal the next day. Peter was great to work with, very much knows Audi, and made me very comfortable that this was a great investment. Nice job all! More
Tremendous experience, everyone treats you with class I recently leased a 2015 Audi A3 from Audi of Burlington and the experience could not have been better. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I recently leased a 2015 Audi A3 from Audi of Burlington and the experience could not have been better. From the moment I walked into the dealership, David Corbin (my sales consultant) met me with the perfect balance of informative sales knowledge without the pushy sales pitch. I felt comfortable, informed, and respected. I wasn't in a rush, the process took about a month from first test drive to papers signed, this type of timeline could get sales people worried or aggressive but David didn't get anxious or push me hard. He kept in communication and was there for me when I was ready. When it came time to pick up my car, David went the extra mile, literally. He worked hard to get my car registered quickly even though my vanity plate transfer was complicated. He also squeezed in the inspection at the last minute so that when I arrived, my new A3 was completely ready to go. I realize that I leased one of the cheaper vehicles in the Audi lineup, but I might as well have been purchasing an RS8 given how the entire staff treated me and my family. I had the opportunity to interact with Nick Dota, Josh Morrison, Jeff Buchholz, Shawn Quinn, and of course David Corbin, and I can say with certainty that all are as professional and trustworthy as it gets. I've come to associate the Herb Chambers brand with excellence through prior interactions with Herb Chambers Honda Boston, and Audi Burlington only advanced my perception of the brand even further. I'm actually eager to go back to get my car serviced and, of course, continue to purchase vehicles when the time comes. I would recommend the entire team at Herb Chambers Audi, particularly David Corbin and Josh Morrison, to anyone I care about. More
