They were not helpful to say the least. Jim Parolisi at Audi Burlington explained the history of the problem and helped present the case to Audi America. The result was very positive; Audi America stood behind the vehicle even though it was out of warranty and I feel that Jim played a role in the decision. The repairs we done quickly and now my car runs better then ever. For now on when I need major service I will look to Audi Burlington and Jim Parolisi. Drive right by Ira Audi in Danvers and head to Herb Chambers Audi in Burlington if you want people who really know how to treat customers and the best Service techs you will find for your Audi. More
