The technicians go beyond apparent duties in caring for the whole car -- to enable the driver to drive with optimum safety and confidence. Likewise, the crew dealing with customers act with the customers' stance in mind. For example, sensing that I am unacquainted with Uber and with "aps" that facilitate Uber contacts, Niki Salinas of Sunset Audi, prudently gave me her cell phone number and did the fancy phone work for me. While my Audi was in the shop for a mechanical make-over and face-lift, I was able to go to a doctor's appointment and have a lovely lunch at a cafe. My Uber "chauffeur" brought me back to a pristine Audi -- all rarin' to take me home through traffic and snowy country roads. I regret only that an Audi needs so little service that I won't be able to have such a nice "service" day for months. More
