He was a true gentleman, was honest, fair, diligent, and responsive and a pleasure to get to know. He was quick to answer any questions and researched the car's history for me while also retrieving the second key fob from the previous owner. He worked repeatedly with the service technicians to resolve one issue and ultimately provided a solution that I was very happy with.
