I think snow tires and $1000 was not enough difference going from what Auction Direct advertised as AWD to finding out it is actually a RWD. I did not have a good experience at Auction Direct. My first salesman, Payton, got my number to talk about the car and when I would test drive it, and then proceeded to hit on me via text. Franklin was better in the sense that he did not text me inappropriately, but he did not know much about the car, and accidentally forgot to subtract my 500$ deposit from the final number. If I hadn’t caught it, I would have over paid. Finally, after owning the car for one week, I took a road trip to Cleveland and one hour into the trip a piece of my car fell off. 5 minutes later another piece fell off, which led me to turn around and cancel the trip because I didn’t feel l safe in the car.
