This is my family's sixth time purchasing a vehicle from Auction Direct over the last five years and every time I am more impressed! The representative answered what she could and said she would have someone call me to answer the one question she couldn't. About five minutes later James called me, answered my question, and my daughter and I were on our way to the dealership. James was extremely helpful and attentive. When we were on the phone I had explained that I needed to be to work by 3:30 and having purchased from Auction Direct in the past, I knew they could make it happen and they did! We arrived at the dealership at about 12:10, test drove two vehicles and by 2:45 we were driving away. I have been very satisfied with my experiences at Auction Direct and will continue to be a customer in the future. I would highly recommend them to anytime t looking for a quality used vehicle.
