I will never shop anywhere else! I have now bought two cars from Auction Direct USA, and I will never shop anywhere else! I looked through their inventory online (with actual prices l I have now bought two cars from Auction Direct USA, and I will never shop anywhere else! I looked through their inventory online (with actual prices listed- not the case with every dealership) and found a few cars that I liked. I stopped in, test drove my first choice, and my salesman Ed took care of the rest. He gave me a great deal on my trade in, processed the insurance, registration and financing, and I left with my new car in only a couple of hours. There is absolutely no pressure to buy a more expensive vehicle or any extras. I can't recommend this place enough! More

I made an appointment for later that afternoon and when I arrived the salesman had those cars ready for me to test drive. After choosing the vehicle I wanted to buy. We went inside and completed the financial paperwork. The next day I drove home with my new car. This was by far the easiest I've ever bought a car. The salesman, Dan, was very informative and polite, and treated me as an informed car buyer. My son, who came with me, was very impressed as well. More

I picked the car I wanted from the website (2009 Honda Fit, 125K), called for the appointment and Jorge did a great job stepping through the process. It's never fun doing the financing part, but Jorge made it easy and made all the phone calls with the insurance company and even stepped up with adding gas to the vehicle. The dealership sold me a car that was previously used by a smoker, and it would have been nice to have that told upfront. Hopefully deep cleaning will solve that issue. The KBB price is lower (by about $900) than the sticker price at Auction Direct which is not very cool, but knowing it was pre-serviced and verified by mechanics and the run-around time to the DMV, bank and NYS Inspection may be worth the extra cost. More
