Great experience at Auction direct My husband and I walked in and we were checked in by a friendly woman at the front desk. She told us to make ourselves at home and a sales person would be with us shortly. After about 20-25 minutes of looking at what we would be interested in we noticed we hadn't been approached by our sales persons. Several greeted us but no one asked if we were ok or being helped. My husband went back to the young lady at the desk to find out the "status" of our wait. While we were waiting for her to finish up with her customer Mr. Willie saw us waiting and asked us if we were ok. We explained to him that we had been waiting for a little while and were wondering when we would be helped. He jumped right in to assist us. He was more than helpful during the interaction and was willing to go above and beyond. He got us into something really nice without being too pushy. Overall our experience was amazing and I would recommend it to those looking for great prices. Thank you so much Mr. Willie!! More

Easiest car buying experience I've had I had been looking around the area at Chevrolet Camaros, and a particular one at Auction Direct caught my eye. I spoke to Willie, my neighbor, about it and he invited me out to come look at it. No pressure at all. Unfortunately the one on-site was not what I was looking for. I gave Willie some parameters around what I would actually like to see, and within an hour, they were able to find the EXACT car I wanted. I price matched around, and it was being offered to me for less than comparable vehicles with the same options and miles. The guys at Auction Direct got the car shipped to me and prepped in tip top shape in no time. Willie kept me well informed on the progress of the transaction as the car was in motion, and even started the paperwork for me ahead of time so I could be in and out. It was the fastest, and definitely the easiest car buying process I've had. I already recommended a friend, and they purchased from Willie as well. Great Service and a Friendly Low Stress Atmosphere Willie and Victor were a pleasure to work with. I feel like Willie really took the time to get to know what I wanted and how to make me really happy. Willie and Victor were a pleasure to work with. I feel like Willie really took the time to get to know what I wanted and how to make me really happy. When I first came in the car I was most interested in hadn't been inspected yet. Willie guided me in the right direction and allowed me to put down a small deposit to hold the vehicle until it was ready. The two gentlemen even offered to start the credit check and financial loan approval process before our appointment to speed the process up, whether or not I ultimately chose to purchase the vehicle. Victor did a fantastic job finding my best financing option available and for a payment I was agreeable with. I never once felt pressured in fact this was probably as painless as this process could be. In the end everyone was happy and I am thrilled and the proud owner of this beautiful Subaru Impreza. The car is in excellent condition and very clean all around I definitely recommend giving Auction Direct a look and ask for Willie and Victor! More
