Willie explained how Auction Direct operates and from there ask me simple questions. After that it was extremely easy. Willie and Tom Collins both had the answer to every question I had with no hesitation. They didn't try to sell me on something I did not want or could not afford. Once I had chosen a car the process was quick and easy. They are very accommodating and patient. They gave me all the tools that I needed and again answered any question I had in the paperwork process. I am so happy with Lucial (my car). There were no unwanted surprises. She drives like a dream and wouldn't have found her without the helpful knowledge of Willie and Tom!!! More
