My 2007 VW Jetta died yesterday and overnight, I went to the Auction Direct USA website and searched for a new vehicle. As soon as I got there Willie allowed me to look at the vehicle I'd targeted as well as several similar cars. I fell in love with the black beauty in the picture here and made my decision. I gave a ballpark figure aa far as what I would like to have jn a car payment and Tom worked feverishly to cater to my wishes, and he succeeded. In a twist, I reaized right before I'd come to the dealership that my driver's license had expired. Willie actually drove me to the closest DMV and waited with me while I went through the paces of reinstating my license, which based on how long it took, I can actually say if I was in his position I probably wouldn't have done. License in tow, we returned to the shop with all the paperwork complete and just requiring my signatures. Thank you guys so, so much for all you did for me today and I'll definitely bw sending referrals your way. More

She was really friendly and she scheduled my test drive and chose the salesman for me. She shared with him what I was looking for. He was kind and friendly. He worked so hard to give me options to help me get the SUV I knew I wanted. Truly I drove out with a Camry! It was a better fit for me right now. He was encouraging and flexible. He didn’t pressure me in any way shape or form. I will recommend this dealership to anyone. I couldn’t be happier. Make sure you ask for Willie!!!! More

I was looking at one car in particular and he knew exactly the one I was talking about. He was phenomenal! He wasn’t pushy at all and actually listened to what I wanted and was looking for. I told him upfront that I only wanted to see the Q50 and he respected that and didn’t try to persuade me to anything else. Also when dealing with my insurance settlement/down payment, he was very patient and kind when it came to closing the deal. I would definitely recommend looking for your next car here.
