Great deals!!!! Auction Direct has the best deals in town, period!! Originally, I came in with my husband for his trade, however, I ended up trading my car too! Not only did they have the best deals in town, the salesperson, Donna took time to see what I liked and she made it happen!! I could have easily went somewhere else, but she was able to add leather heated seats to satisfy me!! Now that’s customer service!! Donna was also able to get my payments under a certain amount which made me seal the deal!! I had the best experience at Auction Direct and would never go back to a dealership again! They have great prices, nice selections and awesome salespersons who care and are invested throughout the whole process!! Love my practically new Nissan Maxima!! More

Excellent Service Willie was great, courteous and helpful despite pulling him away from his lunch when I arrived a little early. When I wasn't able to get financing on Willie was great, courteous and helpful despite pulling him away from his lunch when I arrived a little early. When I wasn't able to get financing on the Jeep I initially looked at he walked me through the lot showing me several cars until we found the right one with all the features I wanted at a price I could afford. He explained everything as we went through the process of closing the deal while Tom secured the financing. He even let me use his charger when the battery died in my phone. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. More

She was able to answer all our questions pertaining to purchasing the vehicle and I was very satisfied with her and the staff at Auction Direct. A very family type atmosphere.
