I had been looking for the hard-to-find Highlander in a certain color and package, I found it at Auburn Toyota and I live in So Cal. Andrianne was so amazing, accommodating, and downright delightful that it was worth the flight into Sacramento to pick it up. I couldn't be happier and look forward to working with Adrianne again. Donna Bender was the service advisor who checked my Camry in for my 10,000 mile complimentary service. She was very professional as was the young man who greeted me outside when I drove up. When asked about how happy I was with my Toyota, I mentioned that I experience a lot of outside noise when driving and was concerned that my car wasn't insulated properly. Had the first service on my 23 Corolla Hybrid. Made a Saturday appointment for 7AM. Donna Bender checked me in and the communication was great. The person who checked in my car and the staff inside were polite. The service advisor’s name was Nate Olson, and he was very polite and personable.
