I’ve shopped around at different Honda dealerships and to be honest this is the best one by far. The sales people as well as the other representatives are polite and professional. I get my maintenance done t be honest this is the best one by far. The sales people as well as the other representatives are polite and professional. I get my maintenance done their also right now just oil changes and simple maintenance. Alex and Nicholas are great. In Sales Justin and another gentleman I can’t remember his name but they were great also. The cashiers are very polite and the young ladies that answer the phone are also knowledgeable. I’m very critical when it comes to customer service and I have no complaints about this dealership only compliments everyone is very respectful and I don’t have a problem driving to Bayshore when I live in Selden and can easily go to a closer Honda dealership. Nope wouldn’t go anywhere else these people are kind understandable respectful and professional. They definitely get 10 stars but unfortunately I can only give them 5. I would definitely hands down recommend Bayshore Honda to everyone my family and friends and even a total stranger. I appreciate nice people and it’s always good for people to get their compliments when it’s due and in this case it’s due. They have accomplished making me happy without even knowing how critical I am and for that thank you to all of these special people. More

Fairly quick in and out for good recall work. Nice check in rep, who sends texts updates. Not impressed by COVID protocols though.
