I have been taking my vehicle to Atlantic Honda for over 10 years. I have very satisfied up till now. I waited over (2) months for my Tire Pressure Sensors to come in. Then I had to wait (5) hours on Saturd 10 years. I have very satisfied up till now. I waited over (2) months for my Tire Pressure Sensors to come in. Then I had to wait (5) hours on Saturday for installation. I also got oil change and tire rotation, which they didn't do (tire rotation) and charged me. I was told the thread wear was the same on all tires and it makes no sense to rotate, then why was I charged and no explanation why it wasn't done. Makes me think what else over the years hasn't been done. On top of this....$487 to change (2) TPS sensors is ridiculous. I had sensors changed many years ago at a tire place and was only charged $60 per sensor. Big difference on what I was just charged..... At this point why an I driving 30 miles for servicing at Honda if I can get the same service at my local car repair place??? More

Oh man Oh man... Let's talk DEALER MARKUP today... First there is NO direction from sales folks here in regards to there own dealer markups, the sales person stated a markup on a 2022 Honda Civic Touring to there is NO direction from sales folks here in regards to there own dealer markups, the sales person stated a markup on a 2022 Honda Civic Touring to be $6,000 over MSRP he also stated that markup is NOT done at dealer level and is done to be matched by local dealers cost (WHICH IS ENTIRELY FALSE OBV..) Let's get some facts right here... The Manufacture (Honda Motors USA in this case) charges the dealer guess what EXACTLY the same cost as they did in the past and will do so forever regardless of supply shortages, chip shortages, inventory shortages the only real factor will be actual cost of vehicle which is reflected in cost of MSRP so the lie that Atlantic Honda PAYS more to Honda to get the car is nothing more then FALSE... DEALER MARKUP is done ONLY at a INDIVIDUAL dealership (i.e. Atlantic Honda in this case) sure this magical number your dealer chooses could be influenced by an outside resource like other local Honda dealers But guess what IT"S NOT cause all over the island markups are anywhere from $0.00 to $3000 for same model at 4 different dealers, so $6000 is a made up number by either dealership or salesperson either way how can one move forward knowing that information... It's also laughable due to the fact the same salesperson within the same visit told two different customers two different amounts of markup and two different excuses.. So where does this liability fall it falls HARD on the leadership at Atlantic Honda if you decide you are going to take advantage of your customers with your own markups then make it cohesive across your staff and reflective to customers views (HONESTY IS A SUPREME POLICY !!! -learn it) and then better train your entire staff to be able to practice these changes of price so they can be honest and upfront vs manipulative and fight to make the sale with the new pricing. I mean this review will sit in your top reviews for quite a Looooong time I promise ya that!! So get together and make some changes if you need help ask other dealers for help on best practices or for a while folks will see how your processes work and decide themselves to continue/start business with Atlantic Honda or not.. It's up to you, not your own customers right? P.S. Lastly get over yourselves with the BEST OF JULY 2018 , MAY 2017 old posters stating you had best sales and blah blah banners everywhere... Customer's want your doing for them Today not 4 years ago.. Hang up some beautiful posters of customer's and there cars instead of odd insider only banners.. More
