Hands down best car buying experience that I"ve ever had I have been a car owner since I have been 18 (I am now 29). I was in the market for a new car (hybrid or a CR-V). "Uncle Mike" was a blessing to me to I have been a car owner since I have been 18 (I am now 29). I was in the market for a new car (hybrid or a CR-V). "Uncle Mike" was a blessing to me today. He cared about my wants and needs and was going to go above and beyond to make it happen and be within the price range that I needed. He listened to all of my "must-haves" and then racked his brain to make sure that I left today in the car that I wanted in the price that I could afford. I actually ended up leaving to get lunch and while I was gone he continued to work on crunching numbers and searching his database for the exact car that would fit my needs. I have had experiences in the past with other dealerships that are so unprofessional and you feel pressured to buy certain cars because a certain sales quota needs to be met. "Uncle Mike" did not make me feel like that for a single second today. He cares and is such a people person. Thank you so much Mike! You made today so enjoyable and you really helped me get what I needed! :) More

Buying my 2015 Accord Sport I purchased a 2012 Accord LXP approximately 9 months ago and was unhappy with a few cosmetic issues with the car, it drove fine, actually quite well, I purchased a 2012 Accord LXP approximately 9 months ago and was unhappy with a few cosmetic issues with the car, it drove fine, actually quite well, So I went back to Atlantic Honda to see Rick Alessi, who is very professional and made me very happy with getting the car fixed to my satisfaction. Instead of getting the car fixed, I spoke to my original salesman Larry Ellis about trading my car in and getting a new car. Larry Ellis worked with me with negotiating my trade in value, monthly payments and price for the new car. He was very helpful and definitely did the right thing by me, I am very satisfied with my 2nd experience at Atlantic Honda with Larry Ellis. Thanks again Larry More

To say my experience exceeded my expectations is an u I cannot say enough good things about my experience this weekend at Atlantic Honda in Bay Shore. To say my experience exceeded my expectations is an understatement. I was in desperate need of a new car. I had a very bad car accident that totaled my car the week before. I don't have great credit so I walked in the dealership not knowing what to expect. Actually, I expected to get turned away. However, when I met Terrell Carpenter, the exact opposite happened. Terrell greeted me warmly and was very friendly. He did not admonish me for having spotty credit and made me feel like I had nothing to feel embarrassed about. He allayed my concerns and treated me with respect. He was also very upfront and honest with me. Terrell let me know we had some challenges, but that he would do everything he could to help me. Believe me when I say I was astonished at his positive attitude and support. Terrell was jovial, friendly, and respectful. He made sure I was comfortable and actually liked what I saw. He in no way tried to push me into a vehicle I didn't want. This was not the experience I was expecting. Most dealers want nothing to do with you and treat you like you have an acute case of malaria when they find out you don't have good credit. And then they try to force you in to a vehicle you don't want just to make a sale. Not with Terrell. He wasn't the shark I had been prepared to do business with. Clyde, the finance manager was also a very nice and helpful person. He also didn't make me feel bad for not having the best credit. He was genuinely happy for me when found a deal that would suit my financial needs. In the end, I drove out of the dealership with a better car than I expected at a monthly price I can live with. It might sound like I'm gushing, but I am. It's no secret that we as consumers always have out backs up when we go shopping for a new car. Please trust me when I tell you, you can walk into Bay Shore Atlantic Honda feeling like you will be taken care of because you will.
