How many people can say that they actually love going to the dealership for service where their car was purchased? My Honda Fit Sport is 2 years old. I have visited the dealership for oil changes and each time it was a great experience. Today, I had an oil change and tire rotation. The employees here are very friendly and happy. They have complimentary massage and manicure while you wait. The wait is always pleasurable. (and I don't generally like to wait) However, they make the wait so easy. I purchased my car from Larry Ellis and could not be happier with his assistance and efficient assistance. When I bring my car in, I usually see Rob Graygor........(service advisor). He makes the paperwork and recommendations quickly and efficiently. The lovely and friendly girls that schedule the service appointments and take care of your bill with you are remarkable. The restrooms are spotless. I love this place and it is run with professionalism and efficiency that is hard to find...or should I say impossible. Keep up the good work Atlantic Honda in Bayshore! I was greeted by Jerod Gatling on October 15, 2013, who proceeded in giving my husband and me a tour through their outdoor car inventory lot. He immediately asked us what kind of car payments we were interested in paying monthly and what type of vehicle we were interested in purchasing. This cut out so much time, there was no run around and we were able to decide on what vehicle we wanted in less than 30 minutes. He was not pushy or obnoxious and he did not try to over sell us. He was very informative and courteous, Jerod made our car shopping experience a real pleasure. It was painless and quick, we were able to take our vehicle home the same day. After a month of emails with Kristen about purchasing the 2013 Civic and getting information about the car, I finally got into their showroom. I was introduced to senior sales rep. John Marshall who got everything done quickly and efficiently. He answered all my questions and was very professional. Finance manager Kenneth was able to get me a great deal despite my subpar credit and Kaitlyn went through all of the contracts and paperwork in a simple, easy to understand way to close out the deal. I was in and out of their showroom in a short amount of time with a new vehicle that I am very happy with. Kudos to all down at Atlantic Honda! More
