This is the first time I have ever been to a dealership to lease my own car. Allan was very helpful as soon as I walked in the door with my father. I knew exactly what car I wanted to look at (Honda Civis to lease my own car. Allan was very helpful as soon as I walked in the door with my father. I knew exactly what car I wanted to look at (Honda Civis LS) and he gave me no trouble. He allowed me to look at the car thoroughly making sure it was exactly what I wanted and would need. Then he allowed me to take the car for a test drive which is what sold me into leasing the car. At first I told him I would like the polished metal car. The next day when I came back to pick up my new car I decided I wanted to the crimson pearl, a red, car instead. Allan gave me no trouble in my last minute decision and told me I could still go home with the car that day it would just take alittle longer, since they had to contact the insurance company. Overall, my experience was wonderful and I would recommend this dealership to everyone and especially recommend Allan as their dealer! More

Antonio was very knowledgeable about both cars I was looking at and immediately took me out for a test drive in both (Civic & Accord. I left the dealer to go home and think about it and he called me that night to ask if I had any more questions or could he help me in any other way to make my decision. Again he called me the following morning without being pushy, just being helpful. I know I was a tough customer and he never, not once loss interest or patience with me. After the purchase he spent quite an amount of time with me going over the vehicle, setting up my bluetooth and explaing all the workings of the interior of the car, lights, radio, phone, air, etc. I have to say my overall expereince with him and Atlantic Honda was a very positive one. After having driven the car a few days, I was emailed and called to see if I had any questions or needed any additional information on the car.Get to Atlantic Honda and seek out Antonio, you will not be disappointed! I went to this dealership to purchase a brand new odessy (this was my 2nd or 3rd time there in the last 6 weeks)spent six hours working out a deal to get a new car and strike 1 was lied to about about my tr (this was my 2nd or 3rd time there in the last 6 weeks)spent six hours working out a deal to get a new car and strike 1 was lied to about about my trade in value(that they quoted the last time we were there)they tried to make that right(they didn't really)but negotiated me higher then I wanted to spend a month-but ok I really want the car they(the mangmt) talked us into a lease that would make every thing ok -fine so I already switched my insurance through them they were told exactly where my credit was we picked out a car come to a "happy conclusion" give them a 1k deposit on my 5K down payment + trade in- leave and expect to come back and pick up our car monday morning(this morning) and then strike 2 the call comes sorry you will in fact have to pay more a month then we already talked about (because we didn't do our job and led you to believe the car was yours and we had a deal) so be careful what you believe from these people the sales person we delt seemed to be very genuine and seemed to truely want to help us but the managment staff are NOT they steped in to make me take a lease)they should have made sure the car we wanted at the price we wanted and the monthly payment we wanted was in fact all going to work out BEFORE taking my deposit and switching my car insurance and having me THINK I was getting a car and wasting over 7-8 hours of my life SO don't waste you time if you have a limit to what you can spend a month and then have go to your ins.company re-photo your original car for your origanal car ins.and screw with your start date etc- because these people already had your ins. switched! BE VERY CAREFUL DON'T SWITCH YOUR INS UNTIL YOU HAVE THE CAR IN YOUR HANDS DON'T LET THEM DO IT FOR YOU! More

Mr. Cucinella was friendly, thorough and informative about the vehicle inside the show room and during the test drive. When discussing the price he asked what I would offer for the vehicle and actually listened to what I had to say then told me he would present that offer to management. Mr. Cicinella was very easy to talk to and did not throw me any pitches on what I should be paying for the vehicle. With that being said I was able to get the vehicle I wanted and at a great price rather quickly without the gimmicks or double talk. I traded my vehicle in to the dealership and was not sure of how I would be able to come in and pick up my new vehicle the following day, Mr. Cucinella even offered to pick me up. When I picked up my vehicle there was a small scratch on the mirror, Mr. Cucinella helped me arrange a service appointment and also get me a loaner car (honda pilot) in a short period of time. I picked up my car from service the following day and it looked great. Great service, experience and pleasure to deal with compared to prior car shopping experiences. He seemed to have a broad knowledge of the Honda brand. My inquiries were met with thorough responses. I believe I received a good value for my new Accord and Jose was quick to recognize the negotiation process. The only criticism (and this is not a reflection of any one particular employee)I have is that the sales floor had a "rushed pace" feel. I realize it is a high volume dealership but a relaxed pace secures a lasting impression. Thank you. More
