Jesus was always readily available, and provided us with bonus amenities, such as free first year maintenance and key replacement. He is very knowledgeable about the workings of my Hybrid Accord, and showed me how to use the various electronics ... even days after I picked up my car and had forgotten some of the instructions. Excellent Sales Rep and Service Department This review has been long overdue, I purchased my used Honda back in February 2015 from Jesus Ramirez and I have only had positive experiences all aro This review has been long overdue, I purchased my used Honda back in February 2015 from Jesus Ramirez and I have only had positive experiences all around. This will be a two part review, one for the service department and the other is for the sales rep. Sales: From the moment I stepped into the show room, Jesus treated me like I was a member of his family. He was/is kind, genuine, accomodating and very patient with me. He is definitely not your typical sales person; every time I walk into the dealership, he greets me and asks how I am doing. Normally that is not out of the ordinary, but he remembers specific details about me and he seems genuinely interested in my response. I would totally go back to him for my next vehicle. On a side note, there was an issue with my vehicle when I purchased my car, even though they already had my business, Jesus and the team went out of their way to solve the problem and ensured I was satisfied with the solution. Service: The service team has also been wonderful, they are professional and timely. In addition, during my last two visits they've had a massage therapist and a nail technician, coffee, tea, bagels and muffins. If that is not enough, they have also washed my car (by far my favorite perk). These things might not seem like a huge deal, but in a world where businesses keep scaling back, they seem to work hard to maintain and keep their customers. It's an awesome business model! More

I needed new front and back brakes. I brought my preowned Honda Pilot for an oil change. The service manager said I need new brakes. When we purchased the car in August of 2014, we wer I brought my preowned Honda Pilot for an oil change. The service manager said I need new brakes. When we purchased the car in August of 2014, we were told the brakes were new. Needless to say, there was an overlook on the brakes. I questioned the preowned car manager and he was nice enought to take the time to look on my Pilot's file. Brakes were never replaced before we purchased it. So the Preowned Manager, Rich, called me at home, explained the situation and explained to me that Bayshore will install new front and rear brakes without charging me due to this oversight on the vehicle. My husband and I were extremely grateful and value the honesty of BayShore Honda. BayShore Honda has excellent customer service and we couldn't be happier. The brake service on my vehicle was also completed in a timely manner as well. We will only service our Pilot at BayShore Honda! More

He patiently helped me work out the numbers which made it possible for me to buy my dream car. The charismatic service came when I met Rich Lobraico his energetic and extremely genuine manner cinched the deal for me. When I seat down with him he was nice by explaining everything to me from what type of car am looking for, to the financial issue that I had to get approve, but he assured me that I will be driving home with a new car. He's knowledge an expertise about his product made me feel comfortable that I was getting what I wanted. He has great customer service attitude an he was a blessing to work with. Mr. Shapiro is the kind of sales person that I would recommend to anybody that I know that is looking for a car. He walked me through the process from start to finish.
