He was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. He made himself available to me day or night via his personal cell phone number and answered any and all questions I had. Patient and understanding, he didn't try to push me to buy just any car. He was attentive to what I was looking for and helped me come to a decision as to what car to buy. I felt like he was a family member with the level of care and consideration he gave along with his customer service. Charles Zheng was the first financial manager I met there and he worked very hard to get my an auto loan with favorable APR rate and affordable monthly payment in spite of my not so great credit score. I was very satisfied with his work. David Shapiro was the second financial manager and took time out to explain all the paperwork and went over the numbers in detail at closing. I felt that I clearly understood all the minutia of the deal and he left nothing to mystery. I had a very excellent experience dealing with these fine gentlemen. I would recommend to others reading this review to stop in at Atlantic Honda and ask for Jesus Ramirez, if you are in the market for a new or used car. You will be satisfied! What also shocked me is that even though closing took quite a few hours, Jesus hung around into the wee hours of the night and taught me how to use all my features on the car. He connected my phone via the car's blue tooth and even set my favorite radio stations as presets. When I pulled off the lot, I felt very confident in using my features right away. So I purchased my new 2016 Honda HR-V a few weeks ago and still loving it!!! My purchasing experience at Atlantic Honda was so different from other car dealerships I dealt with in the past. It was amazing! My salesperson, Joey Naim, was very patient with me and very informative! Joey is such an easy going guy and he not only explained the operation of the various car features, he also made adjustments and programmed functions to my liking! I already recommended Joey Naim to my family and friends and neighbors!!! The same day I came home with the brand new car, my neighbor fall in love with the car and I recommended Joey at Atlantic Honda, then few days later they came home from Atlantic Honda with the same car as mine but in color White!!!
