Car listed online was not on lot when I went to look at it I emailed an associate (which I will not name since my main issue was not his fault) on a Tuesday inquiring about an Audi S5 Cabriolet they had listed I emailed an associate (which I will not name since my main issue was not his fault) on a Tuesday inquiring about an Audi S5 Cabriolet they had listed on-line. I inquired about some things I saw on the carfax report (Minor wreck) and the reply stated they did not have answers to my questions. I emailed again on that Friday to confirm the car's availability for Saturday. I drove down there Saturday morning and didn't see the car on the lot. The associate pulled up the website and said it was still available and then disappeared for about 10 minutes looking for the car. He returned to tell me the car was still available but a lady that worked there took it home to show her boyfriend. He said it was still available and asked when I could come back. I responded "I am here now and that is why I confirmed via email yesterday that I was coming to look at it today." There was no offer to get the car back to the dealership for me, the customer. I politely told the associate how disappointed I was and left fully expecting a follow up e-mail apology that never came. A week later and the car is still listed for sale on their website and the price has increased by $1,000. ???? If they had truly been interested in selling me a car, they would have never let me leave without trying to correct the issue. To make a long story short, I bought a newer 1 owner S5 Cabriolet Prestige for more money at a nearby dealership that afternoon. The car I bought had zero damage and a rock solid carfax and maintenance records. I would advise anyone dealing with Atlanta Autos to start with a skeptical mindset and do your homework on the car you are interested in. More

Surprise ride to Marietta I had not planned on purchasing a car for my son until after he graduated from college. He asked me to go with him after work to Atlanta Auto, just to I had not planned on purchasing a car for my son until after he graduated from college. He asked me to go with him after work to Atlanta Auto, just to look. I had planned on helping him get a car in a couple of months. He found a car he liked online at Atlanta Auto. When we got to the dealership, Kelvin was there to greet us. The dealership was very busy so we waited a couple of hours to get the paper completed. During this time, Kelvin helped another salesman's customer whose car had broken down on the highway. He made 3 trips on a busy highway in an attempt to help this customer to no avail. I have never seen a car salesman willing to offer roadside assistance. Kelvin went above the call of duty. I always pray about major financial decisions and that God would lead me to honest people. My prayers were answer the day we purchased this car from Kelvin and Atlanta Auto. More
