All that remained for me was to drive the vehicle to get a feel for how the TDI performed. The dealership was very busy, but Edwin Marte took the time to make sure I was provided what I needed. He arranged quickly for me to drive a TDI and get my impressions. He showed me the car that had been quoted and cheerfully worked out the purchase details. In spite of how busy the dealership was, and that he was working with a number of customers at one time, Edwin remained conscientious that I was waiting for the finance group to work through the cue, and he checked with me from time to time. My overall experience with Edwin was very pleasant throughout. After a bit of a wait, Jim Pritts processed the financing and contract paper work, and was also very friendly, helpful and informative. I had previously signed up for the Atamian newsletter and considered them to be a great place to test drive the car. I got a quote online from several dealers but their location was too far away. Atamian's pricing was reasonable. After test driving the car and going over the financing with Jim, I decided to lease my car. So far my experience with Atamian has been wonderful. More

We did come to an agreement on the price of the vehicle, but the trade in value was a bit too low for us. The sales manager there was undesirable, and downright rude to the point of being offensive. We contacted Atamian over the intenet asking if they could match the price of the NH VW dealership, and they called us the next day with the offer we wanted. We went into Atamian, and were helped by a very nice salesperson, and manager, and ended up driving out with the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. More importantly we got what we wanted and we felt good about the people we bought the vehicle from. I will recommend Atamian to my family and friends. More

I purchased a 2009 Routan via a link from my insurance company website (USAA). Bill verified the price etc. and invited me in for a test drive. I ended up dropping in unannounced on a Sunday and worked with Ed. I knew exactly what I wanted and was able to finalize the deal, including a trade-in, in about an hour and a half. Bill tracked down the vehicle I wanted through the dealer network and I took delivery a week later. The only hassles associated with the deal were with the state of NH as I tried to get the paperwork done correctly to give back to Atamian. Nice place and nice people seems to sum it up best! More
