Even though I called 24 hours ahead of time to let you know I was arriving and showed up when I said I would there was nobody there to describe to me the work that was done and not done. The back window know I was arriving and showed up when I said I would there was nobody there to describe to me the work that was done and not done. The back window was not repaired as requested even though you had the car for a month or so and the car was not washed and prepared for pickup. More
