Walter handled all of our paperwork and explained everything carefully. Walter was also very flexible with our due date which I really appreciated. Carlos was a great asset to our researching and understanding of vehicle components and subtle differences between 2013 and 2014 models. He was available to chat whenever we needed assistance, and answered many questions via text even when he knew we were actively seeking quotes from multiple dealerships. He does his research to make sure he is telling the truth. I appreciate that quality. FYI for those that settle their quote prior to purchasing, the finance office will offer (at the time of this review) an upgraded alarm for about $500 and an extended warranty for $2,000. If those are things that you are interested in, then plan accordingly. More

I was concerned about my credit rating and if I could afford the payments. I picked out a few used CR-V's that were available on the website (I have wanted one for many years) and gave it a try. After filling out the super easy form on the internet, I got a call from Kevin Anderson and he said everything looked good. We made an appointment for the next day. He is a very kind and friendly person who was genuinely interested in us and didn't pressure us at all. We took a 2007 on a test drive and he answered all our questions. We also looked at a 2011 CR-V which was a certified used car. I liked the features that come with certification so I said let's try that one. He did his computer magic and presented us with the paper showing what the payments would be depending on the length of the loan. I was surprised the payment was low enough for me to say "Let's do that one then". After a short time we met with Jason Heximer and he had everything ready and presented the extended warranty and other options. He didn't "push" any of them which we appreciated. After some handshakes and congratulations we waited a short time while they detailed the car. When we drove out of the lot I was in shock that we had a new car. It is SO GREAT! We look forward to a long relationship with Arrowhead Honda. I was a fiercely loyal Saturn owner. Now I am a loyal Honda owner. Who'd of thunk it. Thank you Kevin and Jason!! More

Unfortunately, the vehicle we wanted with all the "bells and whistles" was not available in the Twilight Blue color we saw in another car on the lot, only just sold earlier that day. Our salesman, Hydar Al-Alak, after much effort and search was able to find one elsewhere and the next day we took ownership of this car. We were very impressed by Hydar's salesmanship, his friendliness, and his efforts on our behalf. All the employees we had contact with were very professional, friendly, and helpful. For 50 years I have been purchasing automobiles, this was one of the best experiences I have had. More

Although we were leaning toward a future Toyota Highlander purchase, we had driven our daughter's 2006 Pilot and decided to visit Arrowhead Honda this Although we were leaning toward a future Toyota Highlander purchase, we had driven our daughter's 2006 Pilot and decided to visit Arrowhead Honda this past Labor Day weekend to look at the new Honda Pilot. Our sales person, Angela Mather was fantastic to work with from the moment she greeted us until the moment we drove away in our new 2015 Pilot Special Edition. Angela listened intently and then provided us with the information we needed to make the purchase decision. There was absolutely no pressure during the entire process. Angela successfully negotiated a good deal for us, so we made the purchase decision. The "paper" aspect of a new car purchase can also be daunting. However, Jeffrey Sokol, the Business Manager, was well organized and explained our options in easy to understand terms without the typical "pressure" normally experienced at this point in the process. Mark's attitude toward us was that we were the only customer on his plate, making sure we were comfortable with the cars we looked at and drove, and pointing out features that were available and worthy of our consideration. His sense of humor was a contributing factor in our experience; he made both my wife and me very comfortable in the car, on the drive, and during the transaction. Our contacts at a later date with Mark were professional and courteous and we were able to complete the transaction with a minimal of amount of time and effort. More

Charlie Awawdeh took excellent care of us and my son loves his Accord. When we were in the market for a car several months later, we knew Charlie was our guy. He saved us a great deal of time and money, and got us into a new Accord that was outfitted exactly how we wanted it at a price we were happy with.
