There is ample waiting room filled with lots of amenities. Not only are there seating areas, but tables that have outlets and make doing whatever you need to do easy so that you can make constructive use of any wait time if you decide to wait. They do provide a shuttle service if you desire. Raquel always ensures with follow up that your service experience was met with excellence. It is evident that customer service is the top priority at Arrowhead Honda. They are honest and ethical and a testament to what I expect from a car dealership and they always exceed my expectations. I waited for 2 hours, so I asked how it was going. Divac said he was just waiting for my key. Another hour passed, and there was still no update. Everyone else in the waiting area had gone home! So, I went to their shop to look, but my car was nowhere to be found. I walked to the back and saw my car sitting there untouched! The tech said he was now going to take it in. I told him not to touch it, and I would just go home. They wasted 3 hours of my (family’s) time! A bunch of incompetent people! They deserve zero stars and a middle finger! More

From day one, he has demonstrated, professionalism, integrity, patience with listening to my repair issues and and educating me on the what and why of my repairs. During the recent software hack incident, my car had been repaired and Robert worked with me so I could retrieve my car in a timely manner in spite of the profound complications caused by the event. SHE TRUTED THEM AND THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE , KNOWING THAT SHE TRUT has purchased several vehicles from them, well not anymore after this last purchase. SHE TRUTED THEM AND THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE , KNOWING THAT SHE TRUTED THEM THEY WENT AHEAD AND ADDED A SERVICE CONTRACT AND GAP AND KEPT THE CONVERSATION GOING AND GOING AND DID NOT EXPLAINED ANY DETAILS ABOUT THE CONTRACT, INSTEAD BECAUSE THEY KNEW HOW MUCH SHE TRUSTED THEM SHE WAS ASKED TO SIGN SIGN SIGN. IT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING DISRESPECTFUL AND DISHONEST TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A CUSTOMER (ESPECIALLY A WOMAN) she will drop the car and walk away she cannot afford the payment that was not disclosed, she was told not to worry and she would be ok and where she wanted to be on payment, she signed away trusting that everything was ok. Shame on her for trusting them blindly. We tried talking to them and they showed their true colors, they were rude disrespectful and now we are an interruption to them, they we really showed who they are. I ASKED WHO OWNS THE DEALERSHIP OR WHAT IS THE CORPORATE NUMBER AND THE MANAGER REFUSED TO SHARE THE INFORMATION WITH US they argued and raced their voice infusing instead of diffusing the situation. WE WILL FIND IUT SOMEHOW AND SHARED WHAT HAPPENED TO US.
