Listens and pay's attention to detail Dropped my Accord lease off to service for an A1 and surprisingly found out that I had a nail in the tire, I knew my tires were needing to be replaced Dropped my Accord lease off to service for an A1 and surprisingly found out that I had a nail in the tire, I knew my tires were needing to be replaced soon but wanted to wait until the fall when I was going to decide to either keep my lease for the final 4-5 months or buy the car outright or trade it in. Anyhow I found out I needed my brake fluid changed along with my transmission fluid. They were nice and courteous and although I was surprised at the large estimate, I asked them if they could sit on it for a while so I can decide what I wanted to do. I called Mo and asked him what he could do for a lease trade in since I was nearing end anyhow. He called me back within 45 minutes we very clear and easy numbers, and within an hour I was at the dealership, picking out a color for a new accord lease. All in all Mo and the service team listened, paid attention to deal and turned what is normally a long process into a very quick in and out new lease. I am very impressed and will be back to get another vehicle soon. This is how the experience should be, quick, straight forward and customer service oriented. Earlier this year Eric Galliani reached out to us to make sure we were happy with the vehicle and to ask if we had any questions regarding our lease. As it turns out we had been thinking of whether or not to keep until end of the lease and purchase a totally different vehicle, lease a different vehicle or just purchase the one we had. Eric was very helpful in explaining all of our options leading up to our decision to purchase the vehicle we had been leasing. . At no time did we feel pressured by Eric before or during the process. We made an appointment and Eric advised that he would have all our paperwork ready when we arrived and he did. He reviewed everything with us and made sure we were comfortable with the payments. We agreed payments were acceptable and asked about some type of extended warranty. He explained that the finance guy would be sure to review our options. We met with John Bakos in finance and he was also very helpful. Explained our options and worked with us to ensure we were happy with our options and final payment. Process took about 90 minutes. It was a very easy process and we would definitely recommend Arrowhead Honda and Eric, for anyone thinking of buying or leasing a new Honda. More
