The bad experience started with salesperson Paul. I asked about negotiating the price, right away he said he could not even though the vehicle had been at the shop for 42 days. I let it slide. Then as a customer you try to get the best interest rate. My credit score is very good so I was approved by my local credit union in Texas. This was towards the end of the month in July. It was a bit difficult to get paperwork signed because my daughter was deployed. The sales manager John quoted in his own words, “Just finance through us at a higher rate and then refinance because I gotta meet my numbers for the month. I told him that either he waits or he can sell the car. It took 17 days to finalize everything with my credit union. While that was happening I got notification by Cargurus that the price went down and that all dealership fees are. Included in the advertising price. I advise Paul if the lower price and if he was going to honor it. He said he would but I noticed that they added an additional $649 document fee. When I questioned that fees he gave an an excuse that made no sense. I reached out to finance manager Dawn til today has not returned my phone call. I spoke to Sophia about. It and gave me an attitude when I advised her that I will be filing a formal complaint. My credit union has overnighted a check and I have not received a call from anyone in that dealership. Stay away they shady and no customer service skills. More

Overall car buying experience was great until the end. After completing the finance portion the car needed detailing. It took about 2 hours to have the car ready. Which is way to long to wait. Terrible service department. Do NOT do business here. I brought my car info system for a tire pressure monitor issue. Charged me $230 for what I already knew was the problem. And then they didn’t ever put my wheel back on correctly and the car vibrates violently over 55 MPH. My car is a 2025 M with full warranty and 22k miles. When I called to inform them of the issue they created. I get the run around and zero accountability. I literally left the dealership and the car was shaking before I even got to the highway. Very very shady dealership who cares NOTHING about good customer service. Huge turnover and management change every few months shows how broken and dysfunctional this dealership is. If you want high line treat ment like what you’re promised when you buy a BMW. This is not the store to do business with. Terrible Service and Management More
