Low pressure, minimal haggle, zero BS car buying experience I found the make and model of the truck I was looking for at Arrow. I called and Shawn gave me a very honest review of the truck and it's flaws over I found the make and model of the truck I was looking for at Arrow. I called and Shawn gave me a very honest review of the truck and it's flaws over the phone. I was coming from an hour away and he had it ready for me when I arrived. I liked what I saw and he had already lowered the price on my arrival to minimize the haggling. He held my check as a deposit and didn't cash it true to his word. They allowed me to bring my mechanic back to look the truck over, They gave us time alone to inspect and discuss. Some minor issues were found so they were agreeable in a price adjustment. In the end I think I got a very fair deal. And the truck came with a limited warranty. Shawn was great to deal with. Very professional and a nice guy. I would highly recommend him. More

I live in Westfield, NJ and saw an on-line add for a Saab at Arrow Motors. We are all leery of used car dealers, as most have the reputation of being sneaky and cheating. Honestly, Arrow Motors is the comple at Arrow Motors. We are all leery of used car dealers, as most have the reputation of being sneaky and cheating. Honestly, Arrow Motors is the complete opposite of that. I called and the they were professional and informative. I visited them, looked at some cars and they were NOT pushy or sneaky. They were patient and professional. I asked about coming back and having a car checked out by my mechanic. Two days later, I took one of their cars for an inspection by my mechanic and all was fine. I bought the car and can tell you that the entire process was an easy experience. They are professional people working in a clean and professional setting. Everything they promised was true; the price, the process, everything. I worked with Armando (the salesman) and Mike (the office manager) on paying for the car, picking up the plates, etc. and everything was by the book, on time and perfectly done. They have nothing to hide. This place is great. I am not sure if I will need a used car again anytime soon, but if I did, I would visit Arrow before anyone else and would highly recommend them to a friend or family member. We stopped in to investigate a 2003 Dodge Durango Hemi that Arrow had on the lot. Tony was nice enough and was willing to allow us to have the vehicle inspected by our mechanic and a few other things but that Arrow had on the lot. Tony was nice enough and was willing to allow us to have the vehicle inspected by our mechanic and a few other things but when we got a print out of the vehicle something odd was listed. On the lot , on the windshield the truck was $7,995. On the paperwork listed from his website it was $6,500? Tony also stated “oh yeah that is something with the web, that’s not the price” . My wife said what ever he was trying to say it did not make sense as to why there was such a disparity in the price, but things happen so we took it as a one off. We went home & just to check I looked up a White Suburban XLT that they also had on the lot with $13995 on the windshield. When I got it up on the web it was listed as $10,995???? That’s twice. Something not right hear. More
