I brought my F-150 in to get the transmission and 4x4 service. I was told it would be roughly $800 and take about an hour and a half. 4 and 1/2 hours later it was actually $1,200. I asked why it was so m service. I was told it would be roughly $800 and take about an hour and a half. 4 and 1/2 hours later it was actually $1,200. I asked why it was so much higher was told that I would have to speak to the rep. I tried texting and calling never received any word. This will be the last of the extra services I do at this dealership. Engine service only. More

Cruz Castillo had the audacity to tell me he price matched other ford dealers after trying to charge me $1488 out the door for a transmission fluid/ filter change. I found the same service at sam pack matched other ford dealers after trying to charge me $1488 out the door for a transmission fluid/ filter change. I found the same service at sam pack five star Ford for $430. He asked me why I didnt just bring their invoice in to price match. Zero accountability on trying to over charge me by almost $1000. Just throws blame back on the customer. More
No. I am not close to satisfied with your service. Why do you even ask? 1) an appointment for service is not an appointment for service. It is an opportu I am not close to satisfied with your service. Why do you even ask? 1) an appointment for service is not an appointment for service. It is an opportunity to get in line for service (24-48 hours). 2) your default stance in warranty is to do everything possible to NOT make it warrantable, as if any charge was coming out of your own pockets. Service after the sale? Not at Arrow. My first experience was 2 days and a car rental when I mistakenly believed you would service my pickup at the prescribed time you set. On the next one, parts fall of a relatively new vehicle and it's the owner's issue due to what (as you said) "could" have happened with no proof as to what happened. I was denied, most likely due to your assessment transmitted to whoever you dealt with. No localized damage. No nicks. No scratches. Just a part that fell out of the mirror and it's on my dime. What "could" have happened was inappropriate installation but you were stuck with it being MY responsibility. Good day. I'm Done with this. More
