Shaun is the poster child for a service writer. I know this because my daughter has been a service writer for a long time at one of the bigger dealerships in Easley SC. he took the time to actuall I know this because my daughter has been a service writer for a long time at one of the bigger dealerships in Easley SC. he took the time to actually listen, then preliminary diagnose with the scanner and then told me a time line of events.
