Usually a great experience at the shop. Josh is a great service advisor. My expensive top of the line, best in class, extended warranty, 7 year, unlimited mileage bumper to bumper (EXCEPT) Josh is a great service advisor. My expensive top of the line, best in class, extended warranty, 7 year, unlimited mileage bumper to bumper (EXCEPT) water leaks through the roof top lights. A known manufacturer defect and its not covered. Really? 38k miles and the roof leaks. Not the dealerships fault but Cmon man. My 24 Powerwagon has had 3 bad driveshaft or transfer case seals go bad. and was covered. But not the roof seal? My 25 1500 Limited has had a couple sensor issues and been covered. How much did I allow Arrigo to CASH out on my 2 brand new trucks i bought? Both with the very expensive so called bumper to bumper (EXCEPT) water leaking through the lights warranty. How would you feel about that? Im going to buy 2 more new trucks soon. Do I have to hand write the possible roof leaks must be covered next time. Im only buying Ram so what should I do different? I asked to speak with the GM but only got to see Chuck Loomis who at least listened to my issue. Thank you Chuck and Josh in service. More
