How do I give 0 stars? !?!? Horrible experience every time! Brought my jeep in 3 times for the horrible grinding and ‘rocks in a dryer’ sound - they just kept saying they on !?!? Horrible experience every time! Brought my jeep in 3 times for the horrible grinding and ‘rocks in a dryer’ sound - they just kept saying they only heard the sound once and everything is fine. Had to drive 40 minutes away to the Wallace where they immediately heard the crazy sounds and finally acknowledged that something is definitely wrong. Also took Arrigo 3 weeks to ‘fix’ 2 window motors - and break my mirror harness - fix the mirror harness and when I got in the Jeep - one of the windows still didn’t work. In the past they left the cap off on an oil change, the manager definitely doesn’t care about customers or good service and hides in the back to avoid customers who are rightfully frustrated, they pulled a wire and then told us we needed a $700 tune up (when we had one done 3 months before). This place is a total scam!!! More
