Nate was great at the initial service, and it appears everything was done well, but we specifically asked that the car be checked out at highway speed due to vibration which was not done and we had to ta everything was done well, but we specifically asked that the car be checked out at highway speed due to vibration which was not done and we had to take it to another shop to have the tire balance checked. also we called Nate several times after the service was complete to ask questions, but never got a call back.
